Our Recruitment Process

Once you’ve submitted your application, We will take the time to review each one individually against the position criteria, so that we can make sure you’re the right fit for the role.

As we go through the various stages of the recruitment process but here’s some information on what you can expect:

Portfolio Checking

Portfolio is one of most important thing for us, so we will check your portfolios to ensure your previous working knowledge, quality etc. If every thing fine we’ll put you in shortlisted to move forward next step.

Phone screens

If we think you might be a great fit we’ll call you to learn more about your background and experience. This will be a half hour chat about you; your career history, skills and attributes – it’s our opportunity to find out more about you, and your opportunity to really sell your skills.

Technical interviews

If you’ve been shortlisted for the job, you’ll be invited to take part in a technical interview. This could be a face-to­-face interview with the HR manager. Depending on the role you’ve applied for, you might be asked some technical question and do some short task to checking out your technical knowledge.

Professional skills tests

We might ask you first to participate for skill test so we can clearly understand about your skill which might take a three to four hours. It’s help us to learn about you & your preferred working style. There are no right or wrong. This is about letting us get to know you better; so we can work with you to help you realize your full potential.

Selection decision and offer

We’ll identify the most qualified candidate for the post.
Once you’ve been selected for the role, we’ll send you an employment offer and answer any questions you may have.
